During my time at Stanford, I lived in the historic Stanford co-op, Enchanted Broccoli Forest. There, I foraged and cooked a hearty meal for over fifty residents every year.
Using my knowledge of local fungal and plant species, I prepared a pretty gourmet (not my words) multi-course meal for my community.
